She gave us an entrance pass to the aquatic/gym facility next door, so we could kill some time. She then got us in a room several hours earlier than expected. She saved the day!! "Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."
