"Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station....

"For an older property, it was well maintained. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to Shaby, who is the epitome of service. "We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! "Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! "The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"
