Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. "L’hotel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais il est impossible de se faire comprendre. Personne ne parle anglais sauf à l’accueil.... c’est trs compliqué au restaurant, au bar, à la piscine, avec les femmes de chambres.... de plus la nourritire n’est pas variée et elle est sans saveur...."

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."

"Very nice hotel, the pool was great .... but the service was close to awful, from the internet connection that was barely working, to the restaurant staff that either were not enough in numbers or they did not know how to handle it, to mowing the grass at 2 PM when kids should sleep, to housekeeping using the vacuum cleaner after the same 2 PM in the floor lobby or in the rooms with the door open and not changing towels, soaps, glasses, to front parking being used by hotel staff cars, to parking...

"Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!"
