"The hotel is well located in Salamanca and walking distance to most sights. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. The bed was quite firm and whilst some people prefer that, I found it too uncomfortable for me. "

"Good location. Room 501 should be avoided as right next to the lift shaft, very very noisy!!!! The shower head was too high for me to reach (5ft 2). The bracket was broken and it hung with water hitting the wall. Not great. No view. Garage was accessed by driving your car into a lift, we had maybe 5cm each side to spare. If you have an extra wise car you will never get in! No bar or restaurant in the evening. "

Result was that i had check out and book another hotel but still was billed by this property for 7 nights stay because of their No Refund Policy despite having talked to Expedia and got their no penalty approval. Total scam but still working on it with my legal...
