In the 30 years of business travel this was the worst elevator set up I've encountered. The software allowed people to select their room prior to getting on the elevator. Since it would take a literal quarter hour for the elevator to arrive people (myself included) would select the floor again and again. The software wasnt smart enough to know this and...
