"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"The check in was very easy. Our room was bijoux but had everything we required for the short time we spent in it! Super sea view!! It was cleaned daily. The food wasn’t our thing but we enjoyed a little breakfast, salad and watermelon lunch, if we didn’t eat out for lunch. we ate out every night but that’s because I don’t particularly like buffets. "Pool, beach and restaurant area was beautiful. Good location, right next to bus stop or just a short walk into centre of Pefkos. Room wasnt great. Bathroom would flood from the shower, as there was no shower curtain and the toilet would also get soaked. Toilet was extremely loud when filling up and this happened every 4 minutes! Had to turn toilet water off at night to be able to sleep. Overall, the room didnt feel very clean. "

"These apartments are more residential than holiday apartments as such. Great size rooms. Near the lovely beach. It is next to a garage and a busy road so there is some noise - especially by the pool, however this cannot be heard from inside. Good facilities. Friendly staff and excellent communication. "For Naturalist it is a paradise, beautiful, peaceful and serene. You must however have own transport, otherwise you are a bit stranded at the hotel. So try and rent transportation, my taxi transfer cost to the hotel and back cost more then my 2 night stay at the hotel. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the manager at the hotel for sorting out taxi transfer from the hotel to the port - I made it in time for my ferry. It is very difficult to get taxi transfers...

"The pool area, beds and cabanas are fantastic and very comfortable. The view is great. The food in the bar was always good and the waiter was excellent. However the room is dated, bed was uncomfortable and no toiletries were provided, not even soap. The walk to the restaurant/ bar area is by a steep hill which is difficult in the heat. "

Hotel itself too far from the airport, old, the interior is cold and uninviting. The close by restaurants are expensive and food is not great, also service is not great.
