"The hotel is not maintained, the smell of mold in the rooms. The location of the pool is far from the rooms. It is not possible to bring food and drinks to the pool area and the hotel requires you to buy in the pool at high prices. The whole ComMalex is not built in a friendly way."

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer."

Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. "The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."
