"Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."

"My booking was for 3 nights and while booking I opted for the “signature suite”. On checkin I was given a room which had a living room space and a bedroom - typical of what is expected as a suite. But next day the hotel called and pushed me out to a studio room arguing that my booking was for a studio suite!! Booking description never had anything as studio suite. Toiletries in the room were poor quality and cheap and cleanliness was compromised too"

"From the time you check into the hotel to checkout, property has been disappointing than what was pictured online. 1. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a hair that was found in food. At the time, there was a pancake where we request a maple syrup however, there was manager with glasses who said this is how pancake is eaten without maple syrup. He didn’t know what was maple syrup was. Instead of saying they don’t have it, he started arguing back. 2. They advertised there is car parking...

"Easy & simple check-in. In fact hotel was very courteous in asking for check-in time. Rooms are basic for solo travellers on business. Pillows are bit hard but manageable for 1night."

"Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better."
