"Didn't like the check-in. Took ages to check in. The only hotel we stopped at on our explore holiday that wanted credit card and passport details. We had booked an additional night at same hotel after our organised group tour. I was told we could have same room, but we were then locked out on second day. We were given a new code after we paid tax, this could have all been sorted on original check-in. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels refreshed. Entering code into room door was tricky as the...

"I had a 1 night layover in Vilnius before a trip home and looked for something affordable but comfortable for the last night and this hotel was the choice. I got my money's worth - the AC worked nicely - the bed was comfortable - the Wifi was fast - the shower was spacious with good water pressure and heat - breakfast was decent - large, accessible street out front for easy cab pickup/dropoff - there's a bar/cafe across the street open very late, so nice for a late drink"

"This is a really nice hotel. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Very little noise from other rooms. Convenient to the old town area, train/bus station, market, bus lines. The breakfast is very good - lots of options and good hours."

"Good location, very easy to get by and visit the most popular places. Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. One small caveat - some rooms face main street, so it might get a bit noisy if you sleep with an open window."
