"Booked my daughters in for Xmas. Outstanding service from the staff member on reception. The rooms are looking a little bit dated but they were very clean and comfortable. My niece also stayed there under my recommendation for the Xmas holiday period. "

"We checked in late and nobody was at the front desk. I got the instruction how to get to my room, but before ,I had to give my credit card, even though I already paid and got double charged but the next day they refunded the charge . Around 1am the alarm went off and everyone got out . Barely got any sleep that night "
