"I stayed here with my 2 kids (age 10 and 12). They had a wonderful time - they loved the choice of pools and the beach at their doorstep. While some of the facilities are showing their age, it was made up for by the lovely service we received from all the staff. Particular mention to the maintenance person who was doing the pools - my kids said they hope to be like him when they grow up, as his smile and way of going about what he did made them feel happy. "

"Stayed here for the Ironman Western Australia and it was a good place to stay. The distance from the venue was close and it’s nearby the beach too. They have spacious parking area and they offer room service if you’re staying for more than 2 nights. Contrary to the comments I have read before, this property may be beside the highway, but it’s very quiet. "First booking through hotel.com Mandalay was what is expected, good facilities, good variety of pool/ play equipment for the kids. Not enough to occupy the kids full time. Perfect for intermissions between outings. "
