"For us Bannisters was a mixed experience. The overall feel of the hotel is one of quality. The staff were universally friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooftop restaurant was excellent with a great ambience. The pool area was also a very pleasant place to spend some time though the pool itself was on the smaller side. So far so positive, but the room itself, whilst satisfactory, was not quite of the same quality.Wifi is provided by an unsecured network and signal strength is very variable...

"Would stay again. Spotless property and convenient for our needs. Loved the bird life chattering their greeting to us from the balustrade each day. Only problem was, it rained most of the time we were there and having manufactured flooring in the rooms, meant our wet foot marks took forever to dry. The doormat was soaked. Maybe an absorbent mat could be made available for inside on those days and stored by the door. "
