"Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it."

"Lovely property with lots of character. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms unique. We loved the old world feel. The staff was caring and helpful, always attending to our every need. Dinner was delicious in the courtyard as we sat in candlelight. Only a few steps away from shopping and the city palace. This place was a hidden gem. I would stay here again and would most definitely recommend. "

"Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."

"First of all the approach road to Zana Lake Resort is horrible. The concept of hotel is different. There is no reception. I called from the room phone intercom to reach the person who checked us in . I tried since early morning till noon. No response. I felt its unsafe when there is no contact with anyone for any need. No mini fridge or ice. No Other activities in the resort area except swimming pool. It's built in remote village area without building infrastructure. I paid $162.21 (13380 Rs)....

"The hotel is kinda hidden; but the staff were really friendly. They didn’t really give clear instructions as to where our driver could park until I asked a gentleman at the front desk for the exact address. We also had difficulties at checkout. Due to a family emergency we needed to leave early. We wanted a receipt to show to Expedia to prove we left early. We were unable to get a receipt and were told that the lady in the front could not even find our booking. "
