"Hotel is in a run down relatively poor area as a result there were groups of young people hanging around and in the quieter areas we did not feel safe. Security of the car park was a concern. The restaurant seemed under staffed and was in some disarray with long wait times and poor communication."

"Beautiful place with fabulous styling and great facilities. Lovely peaceful and quiet. The pool was extra special. The bed was really comfortable with lovely bed linen, but lots of the surfaces in the bedroom were very dusty, and although I brought it to the attention of housekeeping it wasn’t really resolved."
