"We loved this charming hotel in an even more charming town. The breakfast was great. There are lots of shops just outside the front door and the parking garage is literally next door. Don’t miss the chocolatier, Heimdal, just down the street. Highly recommend. "

"Great self service hotel. No breakfast or front desk which I am okay without. Only thing I would have wanted was a TV but not a dealbreaker. Would recommend and will stay again. "

"The photo on the ad on hotels.com does not represent the room. the photo was of a king size bed, but the actual room was a bunk-bed in a capsule. Needless to say i didnt read the ad well enough, but the misrepresenting photo made up for the confusion. Would not recommend to stay here in a capsule. "

"This hotel is in a historical building, in a lovely little coastal town. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Our room was small, but well appointed. I couldn’t help but admire the little window. Sadly this room(215), did not have a view of the harbour, although the hotel is located right on the harbour. "A wonderfully positioned collection of rooms overlooking the sea. Rooms are a comfortable size with cold storage and simple cooking facilities. Nice shower and private sitting-out area. Restaurant limited but we had a specially booked group dinner and that demonstrated what the kitchen is capable of - thoughtful food, well-executed - really positive. All staff, without exception, very helpful and full of humour."

"The hotel is in an idyllic location very near the south coast of Tromoy island, with a pebbly beach and cafe within easy walking distance and a petrol station/shop and also supermarket within a mile or two. It is on Google Maps which is how we navigated our rented car there - our car sat nav did not know how to reach it!
