"Hotel provided a pass for the tram into the downtown for our entire stay. This was great and made getting around very convenient. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben.
