"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "

"September at the Baltic Sea, we stayed at the IFA hotel in Graal-Mueritz , can be really cold and windy, but we were so lucky and had such good weather. The region Mecklenburg -Vorpommern has the largest forest close to the coast and the most beautiful sandy beach."

I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. "A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely town. Our room had a delightful view of the Ostsee and was most comfortable. I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but never mind. The attached bar - the Rockeria - is a bit like a TGI Fridays, with the same varied levels of service you’d get there! Wir hatten zwei identische Zimmer gebucht, welche von der Einrichtung und Dekoration schon deutliche Unterschiede aufwiesen. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das jedes Zimmer einen Individuellen Besitzer hat, welcher bei der Einrichtung und Dekoration entscheidet. Ein Zimmer wirkte sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer eher wie ein Krankenhaus Zimmer mit viel weniger Lampen, Bilder und Deko....
