"A very nice hotel. No A/C was the reason it missed 5 stars. Our Junior suite was nice and roomy, nice bathroom and good mattress. Other then the initial problem at check in we only met great people working there. Breakfast is probably the best you’ll get within 100km. Al in all a very nice stay and we certainly will chose it again once we need to visit our Bavarian family roots again. "

"Das Personal beim einchecken war überfordert. Handtücher im Spabereich gab es nicht, für 4Sterne plus???? Das Bett ist sehr klein, auch für ein Einzelzimmer sollte das größer sein. Frühstück wie immer hervorragend."

"Overall, an “ok” stay- Our hotel room had carpeted floors, which felt unclean and there were wrappers under the bed that hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was clean and the room service was good. We traveled with a small child in a travel crib and both mornings upon wakening we noticed she had been bit overnight on her arms and face- even when we slept with the windows closed! "Die Lage zur Europatherme ist natürlich hervorragend. Es ist immer noch sehr gut, wenn auch einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist.. Leider ist nach dem Abendessen - welches sehr gut ist - tote Hose. Die alte Bar ist nicht mehr und das Angebot in dem großen Speisesaal noch weiter zu sitzen ist total ungemütlich und wird nicht angenommen. Wäre schön, wenn das nach dem Umbau berücksichtigt wird."
