"Good hotel if you have your own transport. No public transport near the hotel so add a €40 tax ride to the hotel to your budget otherwise. Their shuttle bus is one way only."

"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."

Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and lovely! The location is superb, and the lounges/bar area are stunningly charming. "

"Very nice hotel but had issues with AC. It was over 83 degrees in our room at 10 pm and we finally had to demand a new room. Staff was great though. Not much to see at Iseo but it was peaceful and property was beautiful. "

"The personal was very helpful (Lulu and Alicia) with train, restaurante and the owner himself. Everyone was ready to help with all our questions about the area and Italy."

"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice ! We can’t thank...
