"Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, service was excellent and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence. "

"We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended. "

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we...

"The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great!
