"When booking it asked for special requests. I requested a couple of things. On arriving, lady at desk admitted she was “just reading my requests now”…….rly? By then it was too late. "My husband and I flew in from California for a weekend trip to go watch the Steelers vs Ravens and this hotel did not disappoint! It’s a little outdated but the location and continental breakfast was a hit! Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing! "I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room was also spacious. I was disappointed in the bathroom though. It was a little tight on space and the amenities seemed dated. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. It was still very clean though. Overall we had a great stay and would come again. "

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium"

"We booked a king room months before New Year’s when we got there upon check in we were told our room was upgraded. Once we got to our room it was a bigger room but it was a queen room that they put an additional king cot in. The king cot was very uncomfortable so we slept in the queen. I tend to book Marriott because of there bed comfort. We have a queen bed at home but like to book and enjoy kings when away. Otherwise, nice hotel and clean "
