"Studio cottage was clean & cheery with large windows letting in the sunshine. Blockout blinds for night time. Quiet. A22 was nicely located to view trees since situated at a' T' intersection of park laneway. Twin beds have 'less firm' foam mattresses that suit children more than adults weights. "

There was some misunderstanding at the beginning as the hotel.com confirmation page showing the jacuzzi when it is actually the Penthouse without jacuzzi but Renee is patient enough to explain the situation to us and even offer us another one. Everything is good except that the bed is not supportive enough for us and the Sofa is tired and need a replacement. "

"The property is neat and clean on the first day, but if you are staying more than one day, you have to stay in the dirty room with no housekeeping. No Bin, no iron, no table, no hair dryer, no microwave for the food; the photo on the website for breakfast is fake, and the view is not real apart from the lounge. 1947 old style TV, not internet is working; if you are paying $1000 for two nights, then its not worth while, host is nice, but amenities are below average."

"We stayed in apartment 331; the units are tired and need a refurbishment, fittings are worn, chipped & stained. The chair cushions were hiding a lot of food crumbs, peanuts etc. balcony needed sweeping, bathroom needs an update. The unit was not up to a 4 star premiere standard as advertised, gardens are nice with 2 pools and location is good."
