"Booked 2 junior suites, well worth the extra money. Sonia at the front desk took care of us and was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Ramon helped us arrange private transportation at the last minute and was also very helpful. Excellent staff. Big thanks to Sonia who remembered us and thanked us again while checking out. "

"We chose the Hiberus because we were in between gigs during a very hot summer in Spain and wanted great AC and a pool. Check and check! If you want to actually experience Zaragoza, this might not be the hotel for you. It's a €10-€12 cab ride into the historic part of town. The hotel bar is decent and has fair prices. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are really expensive, and there aren't a whole lot of restaurant options in walking distance. The area itself is sort of a ghost town left over...

"Hector at the front desk always went out of his way to be helpful eg. calling a cab, helping us book train tickets etc. He greeted all clients with a warm smile and his English was excellent. His restaurant suggestions also were much appreciated. "

"Nice hotel but no ev charging point as listed on website. One of the main reasons for picking that location. Very disappointing and caused anxiety. "
