"The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre so not that convenient. The road was noisy as was the Stella factory outside, The small bar was nice but there was no lounge for guests to relax and the rooms are small for relaxing even though I had an executive room. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. "

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"This is a very nice hotel located near some of the historic university buildings in Leuven. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre so it is conveniently located. It's also across the road from the OH Leuven football stadium so if you're in town for a match, its very handy for that. Breakfast was good and the honour bar was well stocked. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Obe downside is it lacks a restaurant for the evening but there are plenty of very good restaurants in Leuven. "

Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "One of the best little hotels I’ve stayed at in years! Here’s what I liked: it is very cute, very quiet, located in very quiet area, outside noisy towns, easy to find, friendly staff, ample parking right in front of the building, and 15 minutes from the airport. Exactly what I needed for my last night in Belgium. My room was clean and well kept, looked recently renovated, with all the modern conveniences a traveller needs. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Very pleased."
