"In the room they have kettle but no tea or coffee, when we asked they said they can help with some tea! Very funny and bizarre, on the other hand the stuff are kind! But limited possibilities, in the brekfeast room first come first serve, when u aso for same item they say out of stock! Hard to believe!"

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."
