"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were there in the off season and arrived in a heavy rain and the staff made the check in process easy. We did an excurision for the hotel in a long boat to the islands with our guide Pong. I highly recommend it was great experience swimming in the lagoon, enjoying the beach and observation tower. We took advantage of the bikes available and it was easy riding to local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant as well as the daily breakfasts, including the floating breakfast in the pool. We enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the wildlife, including a monkey, lizards, hornbills and other birds. We enjoyed our experience and personal pool. The views were spectacular over the water. Looking forward to returning for another stay."
