I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area."

I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. "An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen und sehr kurze Wege zum Strand. Wir hatten zwei identische Zimmer gebucht, welche von der Einrichtung und Dekoration schon deutliche Unterschiede aufwiesen. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das jedes Zimmer einen Individuellen Besitzer hat, welcher bei der Einrichtung und Dekoration entscheidet. Ein Zimmer wirkte sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer eher wie ein Krankenhaus Zimmer mit viel weniger Lampen, Bilder und Deko....
