Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations.
