"Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"This hotel is really good for families (large rooms, comfy beds) also if you want to gather as a group. The hotel offers a “freetime-area” with tv room (incl. Netflix), board games, Outside area with basketball and toys for kids. What we loved most was the love for details (even toys for kids in breakfast room, sugar options such as xylit, decoration etc.). Hotel is in a calm area and offers space to relax (roof terrace, outdoor area, fitness room). We highly recommend staying there!!"

"The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. Both the noise from the nearby road, which has a lot of traffic even at night, and from the neighboring rooms was quite high. I could clearly hear the cars passing on the road, and the neighbors...
