"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not used to driving in that area. The area is not walkable, so you will likely...

"Road trip booked on route. Great location and staff at front seat very helpful and gave us a map on checkin to make sure we made most of the overnight stay. Walkable to all local attractions. Would definitely stay again if we are passing."

"The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. We appreciate that very much. "

"If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. "Convenience of location to the NATO facility there. The breakfast is good. Rooms are sparse and dated, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to make the stay great. If you are looking for a Four Seasons type experience, this is not it, but for a place to stay that has a staff (very small) but always inquiring as to what they can do to make your stay better - highly recommend. "Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar. Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork. Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals. "

"Wedding Reception that offers rooms so very quiet and very nicely appointed. Breakfast is not included price as stated, however hosts provided an adequate continental breakfast complimentary btw after rain there are a few mosquitos around so bring your spray."
