This was our se one time at the hotel; this time there was more noise (weekend?) and breakfast was good but lacking the possibility of having yogourt or different types of coffee (as advertised). "My cousin and I had the best time at this hotel, they really went above and beyond in every way. The location is superb; we found it very easy to walk or get to various landmarks and various tour operators are based a 5 min walk from the hotel, and the area feels very safe. The breakfast is perfect: a broad selection which includes local food and we thought it offered more variety than the standard continental breakfast you get at other hotels. The staff were always extremely helpful and lovely. The room and facilities were great and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to relax. I honestly could not fault anything and had a very comfortable and happy stay there. The icing on the cake was that I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel arranged a surprise for me which was so so lovely of them, I will always remember and cherish that. If I visit Tbilisi again I will definitely go back to this hotel."
