One of those that she point out that I booked my stay from Expedia that she doesn’t have a room for my booking, that all the room with 2 queen beds all blocked. I asked, is that my problem? I have the impression that it’s not their priority if you did not booked on their website. I hope I’m wrong. Actually, I need another...

"Everything was great except, the room air conditioning unit would only go down to 65*F. We sleep at 60*F at our home because I am menopausal with hot flashes when I am trying to sleep. I wish the temperature control could be free for paying customers to lower the temperature control to make them comfortable enough to be able to sleep!"
