"The service on check in was very friendly and welcoming. The whole property has a very nice, relaxed feel to it. The gardens and outdoor areas were very well maintained and the set up of the rooms all surrounding the pool and BBQ area were very nice. The room was spacious, modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. This hotel would be great for families with small children or group holidays."

"Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Room was an upgrade which was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and quiet. Easy off street parking included is a bonus. Close to shopping and eateries, with a very short walk to the lake and aquatic centre."

"Checkin was not as seamless as it could have been. Tried to check me in as a different guest & it took over 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Frustrating after a long day on the road."

"When we checked in, we found a dead cockroach and ants in the kitchen. Because of this, we had to go to the supermarket to buy insect spray. However, the most disturbing part was that while sleeping, one cockroach even crawled on my daughter which greatly frightened her and sleepless all night long. Upon further inspection, we found leftover chocolate under the bed, seemingly left by a previous guest. "
