"A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas...

"No complaints about the villa or the service by staff. However had to call front desk at 1130 at night because of music blaring from private party. The music was lowered but was till loud enough to keep me awake along with the noisy chatter until 230am. All said and done for $350 a night i expected a bit more peace and quiet and a good night sleep which i failed to get "

"This is an out of the way, rugged and basic property. No pool. But they had a trampoline and a tree swing for the kids. Very quiet. Beautiful views of Lantang region. Note: you need a 4-wheel-drive vehicle with high clearance to get there. The last kilometer or so is unpaved, bumpy, muddy, and narrow. Parking is in a small dirt lot with a gate that is locked at night."

"I really enjoyed my stay and I had booked the standard room with private bathroom. The room was very spacious, with lots of windows and a high ceiling, and included a small private balcony which made for a great quiet reading spot. The staff were all very friendly as well and sociable, which was something I appreciated. "I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"Everything was so wonderful! The room was cozy and clean. And the staffs are all nice and friendly. The various kinds of homemade jam were so good. I stayed 11 days and every dinner was so tasty! And of course you can enjoy the great views of mountains just in front of you every moring and see beautiful sunset in the evening. Since this resort locates on the top of the hill, it is always quiet and peaceful. A lovely dog runs on the grass field and a cute cat walks on the roof of the restaurant....
