When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. "Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge."

"I did not enjoy my stay in Hotel Radnice much. In my opinion, the property is a bit “past it´s expiry date”. To me the equipment seemed old, felt like a trip back to 80’s. Breakfeast was poor, not much to choose from, coffee not particularly tasty. I did not feel like dining in a 4 star hotel. Overall, to me the hotel is a mediocre 3 star, not 4 star at all. I was dissapointed - the cost/benefit ratio was not met for me at all."

"Food is terrible. Wellness is managed poorly, you only can book a slot for you, there are like 5 evening slots and 30 rooms. That leaves you without this experience. Makes no sense as the capacity of sauna is 10 people. "
