"Property is close to convenient shopping, particularly food. Only issue was difficulty at check-in. No one at manning desk and you can't enter foyer for check-in unless you have an access fob or another guest/resident happens to be available. No success calling listed number either. Once finally checked in the stay was good."

"Pros - Close to public Transport - Heatherdale Railway Station. Was quiet in room whilst I was there. Room - very good size and suitable for working with additional desk area. Cons - There is no lift in the building if you are on second floor you will need to carry your bags up. Garage is open underneath. "

"The apartment was comfortable and the service was very efficient. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay would've been perfect if it were not for the noise. There must've been something not right about the building - we could hear people chatting outside our door. Many times during the night, while we were in bed, we could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us. "

"Great property. Lovely and clean. Spacious apartment with balcony. Lovely owner whose attention to detail did not go unmissed! We loved the handy location a very short walk to the centre of Healesville. Handy for shops, bars, restaurants, Jayden Ong's Winery and and the brewery as well as the pubs. We parked up and didn’t need the car for our 2 night stay! Four Pillars only a 10 minute walk away. We will be coming back again as we enjoyed it so much."

"11 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. LOVED the convenience of Eastland Shopping Centre being across the road. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The only improvement would be curtains and double glazing on the 2nd bedroom as we found it a little noisy and the spotlights from the neighbouring business shone through at night. "We stayed here as a last minute decision. The establishment was probably a conference centre but now largely unused. Room was comfortable and quite large but surroundings were in need of some TLC. . It was close to some good restaurants in the nearby shopping centres. I t felt a bit spooky being the only guests in the wing but could be pleasant if the place was full. "
