"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and were immediately offered a choice of available rooms. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate us. Andrea speaks French and German whilst Lumi also speaks English so language was not a barrier. The food was delightful and we were happy to allow Lumi free reign to prepare local dishes. "Premesso che il periodo non è facile.. nulla da dire sulla camera, corrispondeva alle aspettative. Sul servizio ristorante e sulla disponibilità del personale qualche lacuna. La cena sembrava quella ti servono in ospedale. È raro che io faccia recensioni di questo tipo ma viviamo un momento difficile anche noi in giro per lavoro, c’è meno lavoro per tutti. Si dovrebbe cercare di far tornare i clienti... trattarli con sufficienza non aiuta nessuno."

"Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"
