"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"Bei der Rehterrine gab es um 18:15 kein Weisbrot mehr und wir mussten Wild mit Schwarzbrot essen. auf die nachfrage ob die Küche noch Weisbrot liefern kann (Antwort heute nicht mehr) ist schon spannend wenn das Abendessen bis 20:30 möglich ist"

"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"Preis/Leistung ist nicht okay. Hätte mir mehr erwartet. Bei Buchung über Expedia oder Booking.com ist nicht einmal der Thermeneintritt dabei. Bei dem Preis würde man das schon erwarten. Ist eine Bauernfängerei. Das Essen ist zwar nicht schlecht, aber nichts Besonderes. Kein Lachs, billiger Käse und Wurst beim Frühstücksbuffet. "There is no public transportation out there-- not even a taxi in the tiny town of Buek. No signs to say where to check in. No front desk or lobby. No 24 hour office. No English. My friend called from Austria, but no one answered at the hotel 'desk'. This would be perfect if you were coming to stay for an extended period of time. Even better if you speak Hungarian. "
