"Thought the Hotel was really good. Location was close enough to main square and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to reach by Trams as well. My only criticism would be that Breakfast could do with some attention. I found parts of the English Breakfast were not hot. Also on our last day it was busy and the self selection items ran out and were not restocked. "

"Mooi, gemoderniseerd appartement met twee grote slaapkamers. In het Joodse kwartier, op 5 minuten wandelen veel restaurants. De oude binnenstad is een half uurtje lopen. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Er is geen lift (2e verdieping) en het is erg warm binnen. Er is geen airco maar er zijn twee prima ventilatoren. De verhuurder van Fragola regelt op verzoek vervoer van en naar de luchthaven en wij boekten via hen een bezoek aan Auschwitz/Birkenau. Zeer prettig en zorgeloos. Enig minpuntje was...

"Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Ruhige Gegend, ein umzäunter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die wichtigsten Reiseziele (Krakau, Salzmine Weliczka, Vergnügungspark Energylandia und KL Auschwitz-Birkenau) gut erreichbar. Lidl ist 500 Meter entfernt. Die einzige Katastrophe unseres Ausflugs waren polnische Autobahnen, Landstraßen und der Verkehr insgesamt, aber dafür kann der Betreiber nicht. Empfehlenswert"

"Apartment in real life looks really used, kitchen cupboard was broken just we touched it, we informed the company about it, they wrote about some man to come to check on it, but no one came in the other 2 days that we were there, and all that time we were afraid that the door can fall on the kid that was with us. Cooking plate also didn’t work properly. Sofa wasn’t possible to open to sleep, and come on, 2 chairs for 3 persons in the kitchen"
