We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast - lots of choice & good quality food - there was something for every taste or preference. "Thon hotel opera is in walking distance from most tourist attractions or you can catch an uber if you don’t want to walk. This hotel did not disappoint. Heated floors in the bathroom, bathtubs, toiletries,and a minibar are all available depending on the floor plan you get. "There’s no denying this is the best hotel in Oslo. From the moment we stepped in the door, the service was on another level. Everything here feels premium, from the incredible cocktail menu at the bar to the out-of-this-world breakfast. "Lovely views and great little bistro. Getting to metro was an easy walk even with suitcases. Rooms were not large but space enough for 2. Shower set up makes it hard to keep dry things dry in the lav. And the pool was out of order when we showed up to take advantage of a spa afternoon. No one mentioned at the time of our booking that they’d had trouble with it all week. Breakfasts were grand and sumptuous and the property has a great lodge vibe. Would be ideal for a wedding or corporate event. "
