Scuff marks on the walls, stains on the towels and sheets, bed sheets that don't fit the beds properly (so they come off once in a while), bathroom door was bashed open so lock doesn't work, window does not close properly (but on 3rd floor so not a safety concern). The apartment was alright, the location is great."

There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly."
