"We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people....

"Gorgeous boutique hotel from the lobby to the rooms tastefully decorated. Loved all the Clarins products from the body lotion to all the shower products. Very rare to see Clarins products. The breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety of food including many delicious breads, pastries, ratatouille, and meats. you would not expect this kind of breakfast in a boutique hotel. We will be back. And the bed and pillows are very comfortable and of high quality "

"Positives: great location, good food options even for vegetarians, staff in the hotel were very helpful. Shuttle bus (free) takes you into the main resort coming frequently in both directions. Ski lift opposite hotel for non beginner skier as it’s a green run. You can also hire all your ski equipment from the hotel as they have both a ski shore shop and ski lockers /drying rooms for your gear. Negative: poor communication when booking hotel in the uk and trying to get a response from them...

Other than very parfumed soap ( not great for people sensitive to smells) no other amenities in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. "This hotel was ideally located to the customer site I was visiting. Also a McDonald's close by..4 min walk if you fancy a cheeky burger. Also a large grocery shop Crafour beside it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast sometimes did not have some items always available. However the staff were attentive once made aware. Lovely view of the mountains ans wow comfortable bed. "

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu.
