"Room was wonderful - beautiful view overlooking Monona Terrace and Lake Monona. Clean and modern. Could've used a fan in the bathroom though, and ice machine was already out of ice at 4 pm......had to go to a different floor to get some. Check in was good, but the parking process could've been explained better. Nice pool and hot tub when not busy, but when there's conventions at Monona Terrace, pool can be quite crowded (small), hot and noisy. Have to go in at dinnertime or really late. My...

"Everything was very nice, clean and well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable as well and I'm a harsh critic. There was a hiccup with parking upon check-in, but the online chat system was easy and got a quick response. "
