"It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. "While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening. not good for EV owners

"good: got a nice upgrade, good breakfast, good area, close to city center. inconvinient: we were there with an electric car, there are 4 chargers in the parking, but the parking is public so you only get 4h to charge then you either start again or move the car, i undersant that is good so everybody gets a spot to charge but when you arrive in the evening and want to sleep to go after 4h to restart charching and then again after 3h to move the car you don't get much sleep. or you do as i did pay extra for not moving the car, all night there was only my car so it was a little bit dumb to be charged for not moving."
