"Charming hotel, and has a nice view from the top hill looking down. No issues staying and my room came w/ a balcony which was a big perk. Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening. "This hotel is a hidden gem! I don't think you can get better conditions (swimming pool, saunas, steam room, lovely breakfast) and frendlier staff for the price. It's true that the furniture and decor are a little old-fashioned, but everything is sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, and rooms have huge balconies as well. I plan to come again, and again :) totally recommend! "

"Heavy bedding even though summer. Room windows had been left open by staff during day and lot of little flying insects (mozzies) had got in when returned to room at night. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge and some bathroom shampoos and soaps would have been nice for such a high rated hotel. Staff pleasant enough on checkin. "

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
