No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

Sie hat mich nach Schluss der Rezeption gerettet nachdem ich meine Zimmerkarte am Zimmer liegen gelassen habe und durch sie wieder Zutritt zum Zimmer erlangte. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder"

Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "
