Fantastic location, caring staff and brilliant facilities made this a really special family holiday and better than expected. The pools were great, especially the lido which was warm enough to swim in in January, and we loved the extra touches of water fountains provided and a happy hour in the bar!"

"This hotel is bang in the middle of the village of Mellieha Malta. From start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough to help you especially the Reception staff and mainly Kis she went above and beyond. Breakfast was good and plenty. We eat our evening meals a few times food was lovely and great value with all your drinks included. The restaurant could have been doing with extra hands x"

"We booked two rooms and stayed there for one night. The rooms had a very strong chemical smell which was unpleasant to bread in. My daughter couldn’t sleep because of the smell. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were super kind. Great dinning opportunities and the location is perfect. If the smell wasn’t there I would rate the hotel 4.5 but like this is 4."

"This is the third time 2024 that I enjoy staying at the Windsor Hotel in the heart of Sliema, great location close to the sea, restaurant, supermarket and transport, I thank the manager Trever for his services and always welcoming me, topman, as well as his staff Mr. Asvin, honest man. "Good new hotel. Good location in Sliema. Nice roof top wimming pool and indoor swimming pool and sauna and spa. Breakfast ok. Very nice room decoration. Top people at reception, especially an italian girl, speaking excellent french (sorry I did not remember her name), she was really customer-oriented and helpful. Only negative point: the soundproofing between the rooms and between the room and the landing is very poor. A shame for a brand new hotel! "
