"The hotel staff were beyond friendly and helpful . The hotel itself seemed tired and dated , while I appreciated some of the touches and efforts , the decor seemed disconnected and out of place . Getting to the rooms was a rabbit warren of halls and twists and turns and up and down steps . If you suffer from anxiety fearing escape in an emergency , this is not the stay for you . "Having breakfast onsite was great, and we especially appreciated the breakfast coffee machine, the good oatmeal and other vegetarian choices. We appreciated the comfort amenities like having coffee and fruit available in the lobby. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. "The Staff were amazing, very helpful and responsive! The breakfast was impressive! The only thing that didn't work correctly was the fan in the bathroom, but when we requested a small fan, housekeeping immediately brought one to our room. "Highly recommend for anyone staying in Oslo. By all measures - this was the best property we stayed in throughout Norway. Coming from America- it is not easy getting used to the small size of just about everything here. Not a bad thing, just a reality. "We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time. "Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "

"It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden. "

"We traveled to Drobak to visit the Christmas house/Christmas festivities. The town was very quiet as it was mid week. There were not many Christmas decorations in the town, but the hotel was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and the staff was unsurpassed. It was an easy walk from the hotel to everywhere in town. The beautiful restaurant served the best food I’d had since starting our travels 3 weeks prior through Belgium, France and Germany. The room was small but adequate and very cozy. "
