"This hotel is in need of maintenance, it is old and needs to be remodeled. The basketball court is falling down and that is why I rent it, so my children can play, and parking is very expensive and is not included."

Unfortunately, the only available rooms were on the 3rd floor, where the view was limited due to surrounding taller buildings.
