Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. "I recently enjoyed an amazing four-night stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool and private beach exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a full sea view room in celebration of my brother's birthday, complete with a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gesture....

"Clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool. Great shower and comfy bed. Great location to walk to Abaia vineyard where we did wine tasting and had lunch which was delicious. We had a couple issues with the rooms and the staff were really helpful to try to get the issue resolved. The fridge wasn’t working in our first room so they quickly moved us to an alternative but then the balcony door wouldn’t open in the second room. They ended up giving us access to both rooms. "
